I’m new to Meridian. How do I get started?
All new patients are asked to complete our New Patient form. From there, you can explore practitioners currently accepting new patients or join the waitlist for a specific practitioner when their practice is full.
Do you offer direct billing? Are my treatments covered by my Insurance?
We offer direct billing to many extended health benefit providers for eligible services. Coverage varies by provider and individual plan, so we recommend confirming the details of your coverage directly with your insurer.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. We ask that you provide the required 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Where is Meridian located?
Meridian is located at: 203A – 2110 11 Ave NE in Salmon Arm, BC.
We are on the second floor of the building, and yes, we do have an elevator if you need it!
How do I know which service or practitioner is right for me?

What should I wear to my appointment?
Unless otherwise stated in your booking, wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing. Bring any relevant medical information, and avoid coming to your treatment on an empty stomach.
