Are you Indigenous and have access to First Nations Health Authority benefits via Pacific Blue Cross? Here at Meridian we are able to direct bill for many of our services with your BC Care Card Number. This allows you to take $23 off your Acupuncture or Massage Therapy sessions.

Our clinical counsellor, Vlad, accepts and direct bills to Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP)

Our Clinical Counsellor, Vlad, accepts and direct bills for WorkBC coverage.

All of our counsellors accept and direct bill to the Autism Funding Program.

Important Notes.

At this time we offer limited Direct Billing for Counselling and no Direct Billing to Kinesiology.

We do direct bill to CVAP, WorkBC, and Autism Funding for Counselling.

  • If both the primary and secondary are Telus eClaims we can only submit the primary. Patient must submit the secondary.
  • If Telus eClaims is the primary we can submit to the secondary if it is Pacific Blue Cross, Green Sheild or Sunlife.
  • If Telus eClaims is the secondary we cannot submit. Patient must submit.
  • Greensheild; we can submit both primary and secondary.
  • Every plan and member benefits can vary. While we do our best to direct bill, it is not guaranteed.

Cancellations & No-Shows:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another patient. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee. Any cancellation or rescheduling made on the same calendar day as the appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. If you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions for unexpected illness or emergencies may be considered at the clinic’s discretion. Cancellation requests are considered received based on the timestamp of your phone call, voicemail, email, or online cancellation request, not when clinic staff are available to review the message.
