If you have been involved in a car accident, you could receive between 12 and 25 treatments over a span of 12 weeks, commencing from the accident date.
We direct billing to ICBC for the following services:
- Acupuncture
- Kinesiology
- Registered Massage Therapy

Booking Instructions:
Online Booking: Subsequent bookings only. Choose the ICBC-specific treatments option when booking through our website.
Phone Booking: For your initial appointment, you will need to call our office to book. When booking by phone, please inform us that you have an open ICBC claim and ensure you have all necessary information ready.
Complete Intake Form: Fill out the online intake form that we have emailed to you. Ensure to include the following information:
- ICBC Claim number
- Personal Health Number
- Date of Injury
- Your legal name
- Your claim specialist’s name and phone number
Important Notes:
- Submission Deadline: To ensure direct billing for your treatment, please provide the above information before your appointment day. Our front desk staff requires time to verify your claim.
- Payment Method: Note that all ICBC appointments require a valid credit or credit-debit card on file.
