Revitalize Your Body and Mind.
Meridian Integrative Health is proud to offer therapeutic massage services to our clients. Massage therapy is a hands-on treatment that involves manipulating the soft tissues of the body to enhance relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and improve circulation. Our RMTs are dedicated to providing exceptional care and promoting overall wellness for our clients.
Massage Modalities.
Sports Therapy
If you’re an athlete or engage in regular physical activity, sports therapy sessions are designed to optimize performance and aid in injury prevention. Through targeted techniques, our RMTs will focus on addressing muscle imbalances, reducing recovery time, and enhancing athletic performance. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or aiming to improve your sports performance, your RMT will create a personalized treatment plan to help you reach your goals.
Neuropathy and Pain Management
We understand the debilitating effects of neuropathy and chronic pain on daily life. With a compassionate approach, our RMTs utilize massage therapy techniques to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and enhance the body’s natural healing process. By targeting specific areas affected by neuropathy or chronic pain conditions, we aim to provide relief and improve your overall quality of life.
Restoring Mobility and Function
Limited mobility and loss of function can greatly impact your day-to-day activities. Our RMTs are trained in specific therapeutic massage techniques that focus on restoring mobility, increasing flexibility, and improving joint function. By working closely with you, they’ll develop a comprehensive treatment plan to address your specific mobility concerns and help you regain your freedom of movement.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
In addition to extensive RMT training, our registered massage therapists have also undergone training in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). This technique utilizes specialized tools to provide targeted therapy, effectively breaking down scar tissue, reducing adhesions, and restoring proper tissue function. With the use of these specifically designed instruments, they can precisely target areas of tissue dysfunction and adhesions. This technique can be particularly beneficial for individuals recovering from injuries, experiencing chronic pain, or seeking improved range of motion.

Whether you’re seeking sports therapy, relief from neuropathy and pain, or assistance in restoring mobility and function, our therapists’ skillful hands and deep understanding of the human body will help you achieve optimal health and vitality. Cody believes in using many different massage techniques to best meet his clients’ goals. He utilizes a variety of modalities, which include intermuscular myofascial therapy, joint mobilizations, deep tissue massage, trigger points, PNF stretching and Swedish massage. Cody is also trained in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) which is the use of special tools to perform soft tissue treatments not possible with the use of hands alone. His goal in every massage is to work with his clients, find the root problem and achieve the best results. Along with his treatments, he also advises on client self-care in the form of stretches, ice, heat, strengthening and postural changes to achieve long-lasting changes.
In his free time, Cody can be found at the gym working out, wrenching on vehicles, boating and wake-boarding with his family, wake-surfing and ATVing. Enjoying all that the beautiful Shuswap has to offer!
I am a 2016 grad of Sutherland Chan School in Toronto, with a focus on serving a diverse population of clients in many health conditions. I completed specialty placements at Toronto General Hospital and Lyndhurst Rehab Facility for spinal cord injuries. More recently I really enjoyed working with students in both classroom and clinic as an educator at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. After maintaining a busy practice in Squamish, I am enjoying the beauty of the Kamloops and Shuswap areas!
I have worked consistently with a variety of patients, from the very athletic to injury/surgical recovery, pre and post natal, children to seniors, people living with persistent pain and neurological conditions to stress management. I love working with a team of other health professionals for a wholistic approach to support! With previous experience offering a range of yoga practices, pilates movement re-education and sound healing meditation, I look forward to integrating deeper into our wellness community and assisting your healing journey. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions, see you soon!
