Important Notes.

At this time we do not offer Direct Billing for Counselling or Kinesiology to the above companies.

We do direct bill to ICBC for Kinesiology and we do direct bill to CVAP, WorkBC, and DMI for Counselling.

  • If both the primary and secondary are Telus eClaims we can only submit the primary. Patient must submit the secondary.
  • If Telus eClaims is the primary we can submit to the secondary if it is Pacific Blue Cross, Green Sheild or Sunlife.
  • If Telus eClaims is the secondary we cannot submit. Patient must submit.
  • Greensheild; we can submit both primary and secondary.
  • Every plan and member benefits can vary. While we do our best to direct bill, it is not guaranteed.

First Nations Health Authority (FNHA)

Are you Indigenous and have access to First Nations Health Authority benefits via Pacific Blue Cross? Here at Meridian we are able to direct bill for many of our services with your BC Care Card Number. This allows you to take $23 off your Acupuncture or Massage Therapy sessions.

Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP)

Our Clinical Counsellor Vlad accepts and direct bills for CVAP coverage.

WorkBC Program

Our Clinical Counsellor Vlad accepts and direct bills for WorkBC coverage.

DMI (Disability Management Institute)

Our Registered Social Work, Cheryl, direct bills for DMI coverage.
